INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Topping
- 🌾 A pinch of white sesame seeds
Sweet and Spicy Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
STEPS
Make cuts along the bones of the chicken wings, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Mix all the ingredients for the sweet and spicy sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the chicken wings, and pan-fry on low heat for 7–8 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden brown.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel, add the sweet and spicy sauce, and coat the chicken evenly. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix briefly.
