INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 5 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- đź§‚ 2 tsp sugar
STEPS
Cut potatoes, cabbage, onion, and chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice shiso leaves thinly.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Rub the chicken with the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and add cabbage, onion, potatoes, water, and marinated chicken along with the marinade. Cover and steam-fry on low heat for about 7 minutes.
If excess liquid remains, let it evaporate. Add shiso leaves and mix lightly.
