    • 2 tbsp dried small fish

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the green beans diagonally into quarters. Thinly slice the konjac and boil it in a pot of water for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the konjac and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well.

Add the green beans and dried small fish. Stir-fry until the green beans become tender. Serve warm.
