INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (25g) cod roe
- 100g komatsuna, chopped
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms, separated
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and slice into 4cm pieces. Separate the shimeji mushrooms into bite-sized portions.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and remove the contents.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add komatsuna and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe. Stir-fry until the cod roe changes color.
