INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls of rice
- 1 cup of kimchi
- 150g of pork belly slices
Side Ingredients
- 🌽 1/2 cup of corn
- đź§€ 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (spicy red paste)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
STEPS
Chop the kimchi finely and cut the pork belly slices into bite-sized pieces.
Stir-fry the pork belly slices in a preheated pan over medium heat until the fat renders out.
Add the kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until it is cooked through.
Add rice, corn, gochujang, and soy sauce to the pan and stir well to combine, then fry.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the fried rice, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat until the cheese melts.
Drizzle sesame oil over the top and serve.
