- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade skipjack tuna
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/3 bunch green onions, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
