INGREDIENTS
Beef
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef (8 slices)
Vegetables
- 130g mustard greens (1/3 bag)
Flour
- 🌾 As needed all-purpose flour
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut mustard greens into 5cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Lay 2 slices of beef slightly overlapping, and sprinkle with all-purpose flour.
Place 1/4 of the mustard greens on the beef and roll tightly. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until the beef changes color all over.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and coat the rolls evenly. Cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.
