INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove sharpness. Drain well. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Mix onion and kaiware in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (salt, pepper, sesame oil).
Arrange the tuna and mixed vegetables on a plate. Drizzle the sauce over the top.
