    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Remove stems from shiso leaves. Tear 4 leaves into pieces and reserve the rest for garnish. Mince the onion.

Combine all sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Mix well.

In a bowl, mix beef with seasoning ingredients and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add torn shiso leaves and pizza cheese, then mix thoroughly.

Shape the mixture into bite-sized portions and coat both sides with flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef portions and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
