INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 pack ito konnyaku
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 150cc water
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add ito konnyaku, and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ito konnyaku, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the pork changes color, add green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
