- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍠250g sweet potato
- 1 piece ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces with the skin on, soak in water, and drain. Microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds at 600W. Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add sweet potato and ginger, stir-frying until the sweet potato is coated in oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, honey) and stir-fry until well combined.
