INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 400g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- đź§„ 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 bunches chives, cut into 5cm pieces
Condiments
- 2 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sweet bean paste (tianmianjiang)
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
STEPS
Mince the garlic and cut the chives into 5cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add garlic and doubanjiang, and stir-fry over low heat.
Add pork belly slices and stir-fry over medium to high heat. Add the seasoning mixture and continue cooking.
Add chives and lightly stir-fry. Finish by drizzling sesame oil for aroma.
