INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 3 tbsp dried hijiki
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- đź§„ 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in plenty of water, then drain.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms thinly and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry over medium-low heat until softened.
Add bacon and chili, stir-frying for another minute.
Add hijiki and stir-fry for 3 minutes to evaporate excess moisture. Add the seasonings and stir until well combined.
