INGREDIENTS
Meat Mixture
- 🍗 150g ground chicken (thigh)
- 1 piece hanpen (100g)
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- đź§… 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp sugar
Other Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Mince the green onion into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine all 'Meat Mixture' ingredients and mix until sticky. Divide into 10 portions and shape into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Add the 'Sweet Soy Sauce' ingredients to the pan and coat the patties evenly.
