INGREDIENTS
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Toppings
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- Mizuna greens, as needed
Meat Mixture
- 1 piece freeze-dried tofu
- 150g mixed ground meat
- đź§… 1/4 onion, minced
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper, to taste
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Mince the onion. Rehydrate the freeze-dried tofu in water, squeeze out excess water, and mince it.
In a bowl, mix the meat mixture ingredients until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into patties.
In another bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce ingredients and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Place the patties in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan and cook while coating the patties until glossy. Serve on a plate with mizuna greens and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
