- 2 tbsp chili powder

STEPS
Clean the squid thoroughly. Make a single incision on the body by folding the head backward.
In a bowl, mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and lightly grease it. Cook the squid body and tentacles briefly on both sides.
Once the squid changes color, brush it with the prepared sauce and continue grilling on both sides.
Serve the grilled squid on a bed of baby greens and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
