INGREDIENTS

Vegetables

- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso paste
STEPS
Remove scallop meat from the shell, discard the black parts, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, rinse, and pat dry.
Cut scallop meat into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the shiso leaves.
Mix sake, mirin, and miso paste in a bowl, then add scallops and onion. Combine well.
Place the mixture onto scallop shells and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with shiso leaves.
