INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 6 shishito peppers
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pork and seasoning ingredients into a storage bag, massage well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shishito peppers, stir-fry briefly, and remove.
Using the same pan, heat over medium heat again, add the pork, and stir-fry until browned evenly. Plate the pork and garnish with shishito peppers.
