INGREDIENTS
Main
- 5 slices pork loin (100g)
- 10 green beans
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
- Vegetable oil as needed
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
Sauce
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half.
Cut the pork slices in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper, place 2 green bean halves at one end, and roll tightly. Repeat to make 10 rolls. Coat each roll with potato starch.
In a bowl, mix the egg white by cutting through it, then add the remaining batter ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (340°F). Dip each pork roll into the batter and fry for about 4 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Serve the fritters on a plate with the sauce on the side.
