INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 2 slices pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag shredded cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the muscle of the pork loin, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and cook until the color changes. Flip and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce to the pan and coat the pork evenly while cooking.
Serve the pork steak on a plate and garnish with shredded cabbage.
