    • 🍄 80g king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • Seasonings

    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Slice the potatoes into 3mm thick pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water. Slice the king oyster mushrooms into 5mm thick pieces. Thinly slice the garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the potatoes and mushrooms, stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil. Cover and steam over low-medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, stir well, and serve on a plate. Garnish with chopped parsley.
