Vegetables

- 1/2 bag bean sprouts

STEPS
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic thinly. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken thigh and stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add mizuna and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add chicken broth powder and soy sauce, then adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
