INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 80g garlic sprouts
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), julienned
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut garlic sprouts into 4cm pieces. Julienne the potato and soak in water, then drain.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, pepper) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic sprouts and dried shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry until softened and coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to combine.
