STEPS
Trim the ends of the asparagus, peel the lower half, and cut diagonally into 4 pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until the garlic turns golden brown, then remove the garlic.
Add asparagus, dried whitebait, and red chili to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the asparagus softens. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve with the garlic sprinkled on top.
