  • Tofu

    • 🧈 300g silken tofu
  • Seafood

    • 50g dried shirasu
  • Vegetables

    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp sliced chili
  • Oil

    • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • Pinch of pepper

Cut the tofu into four equal pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add dried shirasu and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Mix in soy sauce and pepper.
