INGREDIENTS

- 1 squid
Vegetables
- 10g ginger, julienned
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
STEPS
Clean the squid by removing the guts and cartilage. Cut the tentacles into 3cm pieces and divide them into smaller parts. Slice the body into 1cm strips.
Julienne the ginger.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (garlic paste, soy sauce, sake, mirin) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and squid, and stir-fry until the squid changes color. Add the mixed seasoning and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
