- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs parsley
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Wash the komatsuna thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core. Mince the parsley.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. Once it starts melting, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add komatsuna and octopus, and stir-fry over medium heat until the komatsuna softens.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Stir in parsley and combine evenly.
