Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Pasta with Nanohana

  • Pasta

    • 🍝 160g spaghetti
  • Protein

    • 🍗 100g chicken tenderloin
  • Vegetables

    • 100g nanohana (rape blossoms)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
    • 1/2 tsp sliced chili
  • Sauce

    • 50cc reserved pasta water
    • 🧈 20g salted butter
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Trim the hard ends of nanohana, cut in half horizontally, and slice thick stems vertically. Slice garlic thinly and remove the core.

Cut chicken tenderloin in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook 1 minute less than package instructions. Add nanohana during the last minute. Reserve 50cc of pasta water and drain.

Heat half the butter, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add chicken and cook over medium heat until browned. Add sauce ingredients and simmer, then toss in spaghetti and nanohana. Stir quickly to combine.
