    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp cooking sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • Chopped green onion as needed
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp cooking sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧈 10g salted butter

Slice the garlic thinly and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Place chicken, cooking sake, and salt and pepper into a plastic bag. Massage to coat, then add flour and shake to cover evenly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown, then remove.

Add chicken to the pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned and fully cooked.

Add the seasoning ingredients and garlic back into the pan. Stir to combine and serve garnished with chopped green onions.
