    • 200g ground pork
    • 🥚 1 egg

    • 3 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
    • 5 tbsp yakiniku sauce

STEPS

Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ground pork.

Add 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce to the pork and simmer until the liquid evaporates.

Heat a new frying pan, add 3 tbsp sesame oil, and spread the cooked rice evenly.

Top the rice with namul and the cooked pork, then crack an egg in the center.

Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the rice crisps and the egg is set. Drizzle 5 tbsp yakiniku sauce before serving.
