- 4 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sugar, mirin, soy sauce, miso, and mustard) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the potatoes, and pan-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove excess oil with kitchen paper, add the prepared sauce, and heat over medium heat to coat the potatoes.
