- 1 piece fish cake
Vegetables
- 1/8 bunch chives, chopped
Oil
- sufficient amount of salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake

- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Chop the chives and squid roughly.
Tear the fish cake into pieces and place it in a bowl. Add the seasoning ingredients and mash the fish cake while mixing.
Add the chopped chives and squid to the mixture, then divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the balls, rolling them occasionally, until cooked through.
