- 🌱 150g cooked soybeans
Flour
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 1/2 tbsp water
STEPS
Drain the cooked soybeans. Place them in a plastic bag with the all-purpose flour and shake to coat evenly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated soybeans and pan-fry until crispy.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel. Add sugar, soy sauce, and water to the pan, and stir to coat the soybeans evenly.
