- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 sausage
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- đź§… 15g green onion
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Dice the fish cake, onion, green onion, and sausage into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the onion and green onion until fragrant.
Add fish cake and sausage to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
Season with oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add 1/3 packet of fish cake soup mix for enhanced flavor.
Stir-fry everything together until well combined, then drizzle sesame oil on top before serving.
Optionally, top with a fried egg for extra richness.
