INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍄 1 pack (200g) enoki mushrooms
- 30g wakame seaweed
Seasonings
- đź’§ 250cc water
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half lengthwise, and separate them. Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
Add all the seasonings (water, dashi powder, sake, sugar, soy sauce) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the enoki mushrooms and wakame, cooking for 1–2 minutes. Pour the whisked eggs into the pot, cover with a lid, and cook until the eggs are semi-set.
