- 🌭 3 sausages, sliced

STEPS
Cut off the root of the enoki mushrooms, halve them, and separate into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add sausages and enoki mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
