    • 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
  • Processed Foods

    • 1 chikuwa
  • Condiments

    • 🍑 2 umeboshi (pickled plums)
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Toppings

    • to taste bonito flakes

STEPS

Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Trim the root ends of the kaiware sprouts.

Slice the chikuwa into rings. Remove the pits from the umeboshi and mash them into a paste.

Place the enoki mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve on a plate and top with bonito flakes.
