INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g), sliced
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms (200g), halved
Liquid
- đź’§ 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Dash of chili oil
STEPS
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing the stem and seeds. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half and separate them by hand.
Heat water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add chicken stock powder, bell peppers, and enoki mushrooms. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the bell peppers soften.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve in bowls. Drizzle chili oil on top.
