INGREDIENTS

- 150g daikon radish

STEPS
Slice the scallops into three equal thickness pieces.
Cut the daikon radish in half lengthwise, place the cut side down, and slice thinly into half-moon shapes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil) in a bowl, then add the cherry tomatoes and combine.
