INGREDIENTS

- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g daikon, diced
- 🥬 1 stalk celery, sliced

- Pinch of pepper

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it into 1.5cm pieces. Dice the daikon into 1.5cm cubes. In a bowl, rub the daikon with a pinch of salt and let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a diagonal slicing technique.
Mix the seasonings (sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the daikon, celery, and octopus, then toss everything together.
