INGREDIENTS

- 120g daikon, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
Oil and Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
STEPS
Slice the daikon into thin strips (5mm width) and cut the bell peppers into thin strips after removing seeds and stems.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add daikon and bell peppers, stir-fry briefly, then add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and salted kombu). Cook until the daikon slightly softens.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
