Mince the onion finely.

Mix the minced onion with yogurt, curry powder, ketchup, honey, and salt in a bag.

Add the chicken thigh to the bag, massage it well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken on medium heat until browned.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove from the pan.

Pour the leftover marinade into the pan and simmer on medium heat. Slice the chicken and serve with the sauce poured generously on top.
