INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning

- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Coating
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
STEPS
Cut chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, curry powder, and mayonnaise. Add flour and mix well.
In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs and grated cheese to create the cheese breadcrumb coating.
Coat the seasoned chicken pieces with the cheese breadcrumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (340°F). Fry the coated chicken pieces for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
