INGREDIENTS

Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
Seasoning

Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak the dried hijiki in a bowl of water for the time indicated on the package, then drain well.
Slice the cucumber thinly, then place it in a separate bowl. Add salt and gently massage. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water.
In another bowl, combine the hijiki, cucumber, and dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame seeds). Mix well.
