- 🍗 200g chicken tenders, trimmed
- 🥔 150g potato, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Coating
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Julienne the potato thinly and mix it with Parmesan cheese, potato starch, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Flatten the chicken tenders with a hand and season both sides with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise on one side.
Place the potato mixture evenly on the mayonnaise-coated side of the chicken and press gently to adhere.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken with the potato side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve on a plate, drizzle ketchup, and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
