    • 2 tbsp sesame oil

    • 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
    • đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tsp chili oil

Cut the pork belly and mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.

Place the pork in a bowl, add sake, salt, and pepper, and massage the mixture. Coat the pork with potato starch.

In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (green onion, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and chili oil).

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and fry until crispy. Arrange the mizuna greens and pork on a plate, then drizzle the sauce over the top.
