Crispy Fried Tofu with Scallion Miso Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • Main Ingredient

    • 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
    • 1/2 bunch scallions
  • Seasoning

    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp miso

Cut the scallions into white and green parts. Boil water in a pot, add the white parts and cook for 20 seconds. Add the green parts and cook for another 10 seconds. Drain and cool, then cut into 3cm pieces.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the fried tofu. Cook for about 1 minute until crispy, flip and cook for another minute. Cool and cut into 1cm strips.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, miso) in a bowl. Add the scallions and tofu, then toss to combine.
