    • 100g bamboo shoot (boiled)
  • Seafood

    • 130g canned clams
  • Seaweed

    • 2 tbsp dried seaweed
  • Liquid

    • đź’§ 300ml water
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 50ml sake
    • 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt

Rinse the dried seaweed lightly and soak it in enough water for 5 minutes to rehydrate. Drain the water. Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add water and bamboo shoot. Bring to a boil, then add the seasoning ingredients (sake, dashi powder, soy sauce, mirin, and salt). Mix well and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the canned clams along with their liquid to the pot. Bring to a boil, then add the rehydrated seaweed. Adjust the taste with salt and serve.
