INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 4 slices ham
- 1 head (100g) chingensai
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the root of the chingensai, halve it lengthwise, and slice thinly at an angle.
Cut the ham in half, then slice into 5mm wide strips.
Cut the vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.
Boil water in a pot, add the vermicelli, and cook according to package instructions. Add the chingensai 30 seconds before the vermicelli finishes cooking. Drain and cool slightly.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl, then add the vermicelli, chingensai, and ham. Toss well to combine.
