    • 1 bag (200g) chingensai
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Separate the chingensai into stems and leaves, then cut each into 2-3 pieces. For the root part, cut it in half lengthwise and then into three radial sections.

Place the chingensai and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Shred the salad chicken into thin strips by hand.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, chicken broth powder, sesame oil). Add the chingensai and salad chicken, then mix well.
